Deep
Creek (area=30.2 mi2)
Deep Creek is the
largest tributary north of Clarkesville.
The headwaters of Deep
Creek begin in the National Forest and flow through the Orchard Golf community off of New Liberty Road.
The creek flows in a westerly
direction and joins the Soque River just above the Clarkesville Water
Treatment Plant.
